TeamShift service standards
Direct answer
TeamShift aims to reply to every message within 1 business day, checks work before you see it, fixes anything that does not match the service page and does what the page’s miss promise says when we are late. The full rules are below, and they apply under our service agreement.
Who is accountable
Every order has a TeamShift service owner: the person responsible for what we deliver to you.
Response targets
- A message from you: We aim to reply within 1 business day.
- A problem that blocks delivery: We aim to reply the same business day with a fix or a plan.
- A published turnaround: The date on the service page is the deadline. If we miss it, we do what the page’s miss promise says.

Accuracy
- Reports say where their numbers came from. If we could not check something, we say so.
- Guesses and gaps are labeled as guesses and gaps. Nothing provisional is shown as settled.
- Nothing goes to your customers outside the rules you set. Spending money, and anything a service page does not describe, waits for your OK.
- We only use the access you give us, and we tell you what we changed.
Revision policy
- If a delivery does not match what the service page promised, tell us and we fix it.
- Work outside the page’s scope is quoted in writing first. Nothing new is billed without your OK.
Deadlines and miss promises
Every service, its deadline and what we owe you if we miss it. These come straight from each service page.

| AI Answer Placement Sprint | The list of 10 and all 10 answers within 3 business days after we get your facts. | If the answers are late, we refund what you paid in full and still deliver them. |
| Task Takeover | Written steps within 3 business days after we get your recording. | If the written steps are late, we refund what you paid in full and still send them. |
| Field Report QA | First summary within 2 business days after we can read your job reports. The first week is free. | If the first summary is late, your first month is free. |
