What you get

- Work the notes say was done that is not on the invoice, like a part that was swapped.
- Jobs worth a quote, like an old unit or soft roof decking.
- Safety problems at the top, like a cracked heat exchanger.
- One short summary each morning. You decide what to bill, quote or fix.
What we need from you
- Read access to the app your crew files job notes and photos in.
- Which trades you run: HVAC, plumbing or roofing.
Turnaround
First summary within 2 business days after we can read your job reports. The first week is free.
Not included
- We never change an invoice or a price, and we never contact your customers or crew.
- We check what is in the report. We do not visit the job.
- Per-report billing stops at $249 in a month. Past that, the month is capped.
If we miss it
If the first summary is late, your first month is free.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by text or email; service stops at the end of the paid month. Terms: terms of service.
