Service agreement
TeamShift service agreement
Direct answer
Every TeamShift service is a fixed price for a written scope. The service page says what you get, what we need from you, when it is due and what happens if we are late. This page holds the rules that apply to every service. Our terms of service are the legal terms; if this page and the terms ever disagree, the terms win.
Who you are buying from
Services are sold and supported by Enck Equity Group LLC, which does business as TeamShift. For help or a refund, email team@teamshift.io.
1. What you get
You get the items listed under "What you get" on the service page you bought, at the price shown there. If a page lists something as not included, it is not part of the order.
2. What we need from you
Each page lists the access and answers we need. The clock starts when we have them. We ask for invites and read-only access where we can.
3. When it is due, and what if we are late
The turnaround on the service page is the deadline. Each page says what we owe you if we miss it, and we do it as written. Every service’s deadline and miss promise is listed on our service standards page.
4. Your approval comes first
Each service only does what its page describes. Messages go to your customers only under the rules you set, and only to people who agreed to get them where the page says so. Spending money and new paid work wait for your OK.
5. Who is accountable
Every order has a TeamShift service owner: the person responsible for what we deliver to you.
- Knows what you bought, what is due and what each service may and may not do.
- Checks each delivery before it reaches you.
- Gets your written OK before any new paid work or spend.
- Answers your messages, owns support and handles misses and refunds under each page’s promise.
- Records proof of each delivery on your order.
They are backed by a team:
- AI workers draft, research, check and prepare the work, inside what each service allows.
- Dakota Enck, the founder, is the last stop for refunds, price exceptions and scope changes.
6. Revisions
- If a delivery does not match what the service page promised, tell us and we fix it.
- Work outside the page’s scope is quoted in writing first. Nothing new is billed without your OK.
7. Monthly plans and cancelling
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by text or email, unless the service page names a minimum; service stops at the end of the paid month. A prepaid plan is one payment, so nothing renews.
8. Refunds
Each service page’s miss promise says what we refund or credit if we are late. Refunds are for what you paid, not the list price. Other refunds follow our terms of service.
9. Your data
You own your data. We use the access you give us only to do the work you bought, and you can remove that access at any time. How we handle personal information is in our privacy policy.
10. What we do not do
TeamShift does not give tax, audit, legal or investment advice, and does not replace your accountant, lawyer or other licensed adviser. Where a service touches those areas, the page says what it does and does not cover.
