Privacy
Your information, handled with care.
Last updated: June 9, 2026
TeamShift provides done-for-you business services and custom builds to businesses in Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use our site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form, call, or text us, we collect your name, phone number, business name, the service or build you are asking about, and anything else you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we collect basic device and usage data, including pages viewed, approximate region, and referring source, through cookies and analytics to understand how the site is used. We may also receive identity information about a visit, such as a visitor's name, company, and work email, from the visitor-identification service described in Section 5.
Payment information. If you purchase a service, payment details are entered with and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
2. How we use your information
- Respond to your request and contact you by call, text, or email.
- Provide, scope, build, and support the services you ask for.
- Process payments and send service-related notices.
- Understand which businesses visit our site and contact those business contacts about our services (see Section 5).
- Improve our site, offerings, and customer experience.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
3. Calls and text messages
By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you at that number about your request and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect texts needed to complete a service you requested.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “selling” or “sharing” broadly enough to cover advertising and visitor-identification technologies like those described in this policy; you can opt out of those as described in Section 5 or by contacting us. We share information with service providers who help us operate, as needed: hosting and database providers, telephony providers, payment processors, advertising platforms (such as Meta) that receive site-visit and lead-conversion events through their pixels and measurement tools, analytics providers, and a visitor-identification provider (RB2B) that receives technical visit data as described in Section 5.
We may also disclose information to comply with the law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and to measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. Separately from the visitor-identification service described below, analytics events are not tied to your name or phone number.
We also use a third-party visitor-identification service, RB2B, on this site. For visitors in the United States, RB2B may match technical identifiers from your visit (such as your IP address and device information) against its own identity database to tell us the business — and in some cases the individual business contact, including their name, company, and work email — associated with a visit. We use this information only to understand which businesses are interested in our services and to contact those business contacts about them; we do not use it to build advertising profiles. You can opt out of RB2B's identification at any time through RB2B's opt-out form (see RB2B's privacy policy), and you can always contact us using the details below to request deletion of information about you (subject to the retention needs described in Section 6).
6. How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and opt out of marketing communications. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last updated date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
