What you get
- Upload the recording of your walk-through. You get a recap email to the customer and a proposal draft: scope, line items, exclusions and next steps.
- Each price comes from your own price list or a past proposal, and the proposal shows where it came from.
- Anything you did not price is flagged for you. We never make up a price.
- Nothing goes to the customer until you review it and send it yourself.
What we need from you
- Your price list, or a few recent proposals we can price from.
- The OK of everyone in each recording. Pennsylvania requires every person to agree to be recorded.
Turnaround
Set up within 3 business days after we get your prices.
Not included
- We do not send proposals, emails or texts to your customers.
- We do not set your prices or change them.
- Long walks may need to be split into shorter recordings.
If we miss it
If setup is late, we refund the $300 setup fee in full and still set it up.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by text or email; service stops at the end of the paid month. Terms: terms of service.
