Receipt Capture

What you get

• Send a photo of each receipt or supplier bill by text or email, as you get them.
• We read the store, date, total and tax and sort each one: materials, fuel, tools, rentals and more.
• Receipts that do not add up or are hard to read are checked by a person.
• Each month: a spreadsheet for your bookkeeper and a file they can load into QuickBooks.

What we need from you

• Your bookkeeper's email, or yours if you do the books.
• The phone number or email you will send photos from.

Turnaround

You can start sending photos the day you sign up. The first monthly file goes out after your first full month.

Not included

• We sort receipts. We do not do your taxes or your bookkeeping.
• We never log in to QuickBooks or change your books. Your bookkeeper loads the file.
• Photos and files are used only for your books.

If we miss it

If a monthly file is late, that month is free.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by text or email; service stops at the end of the paid month. Terms: terms of service.
