An open quote, followed up until it gets an answer

What you get
- A follow-up for each open quote on days 0, 1, 2, 4, 7 and 14, then a short "Is this off the table?" email on day 21.
- Texts go out from our line only to customers who agreed in writing to get texts. For everyone else, we write the text and you send it from your phone.
- Every Monday, a list of quotes with no answer for a week, each with a short message ready for you to approve.
- When a customer answers, the follow-ups stop and the quote comes back to you.
- Example: 20 quotes a month at a 30% close rate and a $4,000 average job means you win 6 jobs, or $24,000. The other 14 quotes, $56,000, are still open. Each one more you win is $4,000.
What we need from you
- A list of your open quotes: customer, phone or email, the job, the price and the date you sent it.
- For each customer, whether they agreed in writing to get texts from you.
- The name and phone number to sign the messages with.
Turnaround
Follow-up starts within 2 business days after we get your quote list.
Not included
- No texts from our line to anyone without written consent on record. They get email, or a text you send yourself.
- We never change your price or promise a discount. If a customer asks, we pass it to you.
- We follow up on quotes you already sent. We do not write the quotes.
If we miss it
If follow-up has not started in time, we refund what you paid for setup and still set it up.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by text or email; service stops at the end of the paid month. Terms: terms of service.
