What you get
- A text to confirm each appointment or estimate as soon as it is booked.
- One small ask before the visit, like a photo of the job or the trailer you want.
- Reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before. They can reply to move the time.
- A text with your booking link when someone misses, so they can pick a new time.
- A monthly report: visits booked, confirmed, moved, missed and rebooked.
What we need from you
- Where your bookings live (your calendar or booking app) and your booking link.
- Which customers agreed in writing to get texts from you.
Turnaround
Live within 3 business days after we get your calendar and booking link.
Not included
- Texts go only to customers who agreed in writing. Others get email, or a call from you.
- No texts between 8pm and 8am.
- We do not change your prices, hours or booking rules.
If we miss it
If it is not live on time, your first month is free.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by text or email; service stops at the end of the paid month. Terms: terms of service.
