What you get

• An AI assistant on your phone, connected to your work email and calendar, set up with you on one call of about 90 minutes.
• A quote follow-up routine: each morning it lists quotes with no reply after 3 days, skips customers who have booked or got an email follow-up from you in the last week, and drafts a short nudge for each.
• An invoice reminder routine: each Monday it lists unpaid invoices from the last 6 months that are past due, and drafts a polite reminder for each.
• A next-day schedule routine: each evening it sends you tomorrow’s jobs in order, with addresses and anything to bring.
• A one-page sheet of what you have after the call and what to say to the assistant.
• With tune-ups: a monthly check-in to fix what is not working and add or change one routine.

What we need from you

• Your phone, and the sign-in for the email and calendar you use for work. You sign in yourself; we never ask for your password.
• About 90 minutes for the setup call, by phone or video.
• Quotes and invoices you send from your work email. The quote and invoice routines read your email, so they cannot see ones your job or invoicing software sends for you.

Turnaround

Setup call held within 3 business days after you send the intake details, unless you pick a later day.

Not included

• The assistant drafts; it does not send email or texts without you approving each one.
• The AI assistant app’s own subscription, if it has one, is yours.
• No changes to your accounting or job software.

If we miss it

If we cannot hold the call within 3 business days, or the three routines are not running on schedule with the right lists by the end of the call, we refund everything you paid and cancel the monthly plan.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by text or email; service stops at the end of the paid month. Terms: terms of service.
