What you get

• 12 posts and 4 short videos a month, made from your photos, your finished jobs and your offers.
• Every post comes to you first. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
• Approved posts for your Google Business Profile go up on the dates you picked.
• Facebook and Instagram posts come ready to go: the caption and the photo or video, for you to post from your own account.
• A short note at the end of each month: what we made, what you approved and what went up on Google.

What we need from you

• Manager access to your Google Business Profile.
• Photos or short clips from your jobs each month, and anything you want to promote.

Turnaround

Your first month of posts ready for your approval within 5 business days after you send photos and give us profile access.

Not included

• We never log in to your Facebook or Instagram account and never post there for you. You post those yourself.
• No ads, no bought followers, and no replies to comments or messages.
• No made-up reviews, results or customers. A customer shows up in a post only with their OK.
• One business location. More locations are priced on a call.

If we miss it

If your first month of posts is not ready on time, that month is free.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by text or email; service stops at the end of the paid month. Terms: terms of service.

Who is accountable

Every order has a TeamShift service owner. That person is responsible for what we deliver to you, answers your messages and checks the work before it reaches you. The rules for every order are in our service agreement and service standards.
