What you get
- A free audit of your card processing, phone, internet, waste pickup and software bills.
- A written list of each overcharge we find: the line on your bill, what it costs you a year and what a fair price is.
- Once you sign a short agreement, we ask your vendors for the lower rates. You approve every change before it happens.
- After the first full bill at the new rate, a report that compares the old and new statements line by line.
- Our fee is 30% of what you save in the first 12 months. If nothing goes down, you owe nothing.
What we need from you
- Your last 3 card processing statements and the last bill for each other service (PDFs or photos are fine).
- A short signed agreement before we contact any vendor for you.
Turnaround
Your free audit within 5 business days after we have your statements.
Not included
- We never switch a vendor, cancel a service or sign anything for you.
- Card network fees are the same at every processor, so we leave them out of your savings.
- Savings count only when you get the same service for less. A change in service, like slower internet, is reviewed with you first.
- No rent, insurance, payroll or energy bills.
If we miss it
The audit is free, and if we save you nothing you pay nothing.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by text or email; service stops at the end of the paid month. Terms: terms of service.

Who is accountable
Every order has a TeamShift service owner. That person is responsible for what we deliver to you, answers your messages and checks the work before it reaches you. The rules for every order are in our service agreement and service standards.
