What you get

- Scores based only on what the job needs: licenses, years of work, skills and equipment.
What we need from you
- The job post, or a few lines on what the job needs and which items are a must.
- The resumes, as files or an export from the job board.
- An email where we send the list.
Turnaround
Ranked list within 1 business day after we get the job and the resumes.
Not included
- We never contact applicants. You send every note and make every hiring choice.
- Age, sex, race, religion, disability, family life and other protected traits are never used or given as a reason.
- No background, credit or license checks. Check those yourself before you hire.
- Not for jobs in New York City, where screening tools need an outside bias audit. Some states, such as Illinois, may ask you to tell applicants that software helped sort resumes.
- We delete the resumes and the list from our side 30 days after we send it.
If we miss it
If the list is late, we refund what you paid in full and still send it.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by text or email; service stops at the end of the paid month. Terms: terms of service.
