OneDrive
OneDrive automation that files, finds, and uses your documents
In a small business, OneDrive fills up with signed contracts, insurance certificates, receipts, photos, and five versions of last year's price sheet. TeamShift connects to OneDrive and puts the files you allow to work. The Finance worker files bills and receipts, People keeps employee and contractor documents in the right folders, Sales builds proposals from past ones, and the Digital Twin links each file to the customer or job it belongs to. Deleting or sharing files outside the business waits for your approval. You choose in Company Brain which folders the team may read.

OneDrive: the short answers
What can you automate in OneDrive?
You can automate filing incoming documents into the right folders, renaming files consistently, finding missing paperwork, and pulling information out of contracts and receipts. Microsoft's Copilot in OneDrive summarizes files and compares up to five at once. TeamShift uses your files to do jobs: building a proposal from past ones, matching receipts to QuickBooks, or chasing a contractor's expired insurance certificate.
How is TeamShift different from Copilot in OneDrive?
Copilot in OneDrive is built for quick questions about files you're looking at, such as summaries, comparisons, and FAQs. TeamShift handles work that uses files across apps over several days: noticing a certificate expires next month, emailing the contractor for a new one, and filing it when it arrives, with the email waiting for your OK.
Can TeamShift delete or share my OneDrive files?
Not without asking. Deleting files and sharing them outside the business wait for your approval. Filing and renaming within allowed folders is recorded so you can see and reverse it. You choose which folders TeamShift may read in Company Brain, and folders you leave out are never touched.

FAQ
Questions owners ask
Does it work with SharePoint?
TeamShift works with OneDrive folders you connect. Ask before you start if your files live in SharePoint sites.
Does it keep old versions of files it renames?
OneDrive keeps its own version history, and every rename or move TeamShift makes is recorded so you can see and reverse it.
Will it reorganize all my folders at once?
No. It files new documents as they arrive and proposes larger cleanups for your approval.
Can it read scanned PDFs?
It reads documents you allow and cites the file it used, and says when it could not read something.
