Review a requested action

When TeamShift asks for a decision, read the specific action, account, recipient or record and the consequences shown. Confirm that they match the result you asked for. Approval applies to that request; it is not permission for unrelated work.

Use the approval or decision control attached to the request. A general chat message or suggested change should not be treated as an approval receipt. If the action or target is wrong, request a correction or decline it rather than approving and hoping it changes later.

Some decisions require the workspace owner or another authorized reviewer. Missing permission is not fixed by choosing a different customer's account or posting credentials in chat.

After a decision, follow the request and inspect its result. Approval alone does not prove a send, payment, publication or deletion completed. If the outcome is uncertain, contact private support with a redacted request reference.
