Pay for usage. Never for seats.
Everything Your team does for your business is billed by usage: 3x the compute cost of the work your team actually runs. You see a quote with a maximum before anything starts, and there is no subscription, no seat fee, and no monthly minimum.
You do not buy jobs one at a time. Your team (an Operations lead plus support, customer success, sales, growth, finance, people, content, and research workers) can receive requests for work such as reply drafts and invoice follow-ups. Availability depends on your actual account, requested action, current permissions and budget; a listed app or worker is not proof that a job can run. Confirm those requirements before committing to work. As TeamShift is set up with your business, it builds your Digital Twin, which tracks where things stand, and Your memory, which holds how you like things done; that work is billed by usage too, quoted before it starts. Anything that sends, pays, or publishes waits for your OK.
You pay for usage, not for seats.
Create your workspace for free. You pay only for the work your team actually runs, and every job is quoted with a maximum before it can start.

Questions about how billing works.
How is TeamShift priced?
By usage. The work your team runs is billed at 3x its compute cost, and you see a quote with a maximum before anything starts. There's no subscription, no seat fee, no monthly minimum, and no per-job product to buy. You can pay as you go or prepay credit that usage draws down.
What does 3x compute cost mean?
Compute is what it costs to run the AI and the tools that do a piece of work. TeamShift bills 3x that cost for the work your team actually runs, and nothing while it sits idle. The quote you see before a job starts includes a maximum, so you know the most it can cost before you say yes.
What is the quoted maximum?
Before a job starts, TeamShift shows you a quote with the most that work can cost. You decide whether it runs. That holds for setup work too: building your Digital Twin and Your memory as TeamShift is set up with your business is billed by usage and quoted before it starts.
Is creating a workspace free?
Yes. Creating your workspace is free, and there is no subscription to cancel later. Any included trial credit appears during setup, before any work can start. After that, you pay only for the work your team runs, at 3x its compute cost, with a maximum quoted before each job.
Do I pay per seat or per worker?
No. There are no seats and no per-worker fees. All nine workers, from the Operations lead to support, sales, and finance, are billed the same way, only for the work they do. Multi-location teams get shared approval policies and dedicated support, billed the same usage-based way.
How do spend caps work?
Daily and monthly spend caps reset automatically so your team cannot overspend. Together with the maximum quoted before each job, they put a ceiling on any day or month. With no subscription and no monthly minimum, a quiet month costs only what your team actually ran.
What counts as work?
Work is anything your team runs for you: answering a call, sorting the inbox, drafting a reply, following up on a quote, chasing an invoice, cleaning up the books, making a post or a page, or doing research. Each is billed by its compute at 3x. Time the team spends idle costs nothing.
