Claude connector
Use TeamShift in Claude
Connect Claude to your TeamShift workspace to read your team's status, task board, Digital Twin summary, learned memory, and task results. The connector is read-only.
Before you connect
- You need a TeamShift account that is an owner or admin of the workspace you want to connect.
- Each connection covers exactly one workspace, which you choose on TeamShift's consent screen.
- Workspaces flagged as healthcare (PHI) cannot connect.
Server URL: https://api.teamshift.io/v1/claude/mcp
Connect in claude.ai
- In Claude, open Customize → Connectors. If TeamShift is listed, choose it and click Connect. Otherwise choose Add custom connector and enter
https://api.teamshift.io/v1/claude/mcp. - Sign in to TeamShift in the window that opens.
- Choose one workspace and click Allow.
Connect in Claude Code
Add the server, then run /mcp in Claude Code to sign in to TeamShift and choose your workspace:
claude mcp add --transport http teamshift https://api.teamshift.io/v1/claude/mcp
What Claude can do
- List the connected workspace (
list_workspaces): returns the one workspace you approved. - Read your team and board (
get_operations_team): the team summary and, optionally, its task board. - Read your Digital Twin summary (
get_company_twin): what TeamShift knows about your business and where coverage is still missing. - Read learned memory (
list_learned_memory): what your team has learned, labelled as experience rather than verified fact. - Read a task (
get_task): one task and its result or evidence status.
What it cannot do
The connector cannot create or change tasks, approve work, send anything, or see other workspaces. Approvals and new work stay in the TeamShift portal.
How long access lasts
Access tokens last one hour, and refresh tokens rotate with each use. A connection lasts at most 30 days, after which you reconnect.
Disconnect
In the TeamShift portal, go to API keys → Connected apps and click Disconnect. Access stops immediately.
