# Search landing pages: sample for Larkspur Trail Co.

This sample was built for **Larkspur Trail Co., a made-up demo brand**, from one brand config: its products, its reviews and the competitors it named. A real build has the same shape.

Each kind of search goes to its own page. Every page sends events through the store's own Google Analytics or Tag Manager, so each one is judged against its target.

## Honesty checks

- The comparison and list pages name 4 things a competitor does better:
  - Fernhill Wool: Softer feel, because it uses more merino (80% against our 60%)
  - Fernhill Wool: A lifetime replacement promise. Ours lasts one year.
  - Pathway Basics: Less than half our price
  - Pathway Basics: Sold in six-packs at most big stores
- Reviews quoted: 2, each with the customer's OK on file. Left out because the customer did not agree: 1.
- Not a health or supplement brand, so no claims list is needed.

## Quiz

1. How long are most of your hikes?
2. What do you carry?
3. When do you hike most?
4. What do you wear on your feet?
5. What bugs you most about your socks now?

## Amazon Attribution plan

One tag per page, so the Amazon report shows which page sold. The seller creates each tag in Amazon Attribution and we add it to the page's button.

| Page | Products to tag | Status |
|---|---|---|
| advertorial | 1 | tag to create |
| comparison-fernhill-wool | 1 | tag to create |
| comparison-pathway-basics | 1 | tag to create |
| listicle | 1 | tag to create |
| quiz | 3 | tag to create |

The store pays for and runs its own ads. We never log in to an ad account.
